Offered virtually and in-person to help you get in-tune with your brilliant body. Personally curated sessions provide challenge & accountability. Give your body the 1:1 attention it deserves!

    Working out with a crew can be super motivating & supportive! Save on cost when you split a private session amongst a group, virtually or in-person. Choose the size of your group, style of movement preferred, number of sessions, and let’s get to work!

  • Pre-Post-Natal

    AFPA Certified Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, prepared to safely and effectively help you live out a healthy prenatal to postpartum fit life experience. 1:1 sessions curated to your needs as we discover together how to best prepare your body for birth and/or retrain your body in its postpartum stage. Welcoming all the mamas!
